Actinomycine, XVIII. Antibiotica aus Actinomyceten, XXXIX. Abbau von Actinomycin C zu Actinocinin und Desamino‐actinocinyl‐threonin

Abstract: Aus Actinomycin C lieB sich mit Salzsaure der desaminierte Actinomycin-Chromophor als kristallisiertes, rotes, Actinocinin genanntes Abbauprodukt ClsHllNOs abspalten, dessen funktionelle Gruppen ermittelt wurden. Daneben konnte ein zweites kristallisiertes, rotes Spaltstuck gefal3t werden, das neben dem Ringsystem des Actinocinins noch einen Threoninrest enthalt.
