“…The solubilization of Pu(IV) hydrous oxides by chelating ligands is generally not efficient (23,27). Several reports have investigated the solubilization of Pu(IV) hydrous oxides by chelating ligands, like EDTA, NTA, and natural siderophores (5,27).
