Acoustic Second Harmonic Generation in Magnetized High Resistivity Piezoelectric Semiconductors. Effect of Nonuniform Electric Field Intensity and Carrier Concentration

Abstract: The acoustic second harmonic generation in transversely magnetised nondegenerate piezoelectric semiconductors in the presence of an electrostatic field in the direction of the wave propagation is studied theoretically. Even in trap-free semiconductors the electrostatic field and the carrier concentration inside the sample are taken as nonuniform.
