Results: They present PE as infrequent and insuffi cient. They denote that the practical-theoretical experience with vaccine contributes to the work; the search for knowledge, starting from the professional itself; and the professional training fails to perform in the vaccination room. Final considerations: The notions of PE are linked to the daily needs of individuals and services, with indication of being interactive, periodic, in specifi c and non-global issues for better assimilation. Obstacles to the non-implementation of PEH are realized by the workload associated with insuffi cient human resources, the distance of the nurses from the vaccination room and the lack of support from the higher levels. RESUMO Objetivo: Compreender, sob a ótica do profi ssional, a Educação Permanente (EP) em sala de vacina em seu contexto real. Método: Estudo de casos múltiplos holístico-qualitativo, fundamentado na Sociologia Compreensiva do Cotidiano com 56 participantes de quatro microrregiões da Região Ampliada Oeste de Minas Gerais. Resultados: Apresentam a EP como pouco frequente e insufi ciente. Denotam que a experiência prático-teórica com vacina contribui com o trabalho, a busca do conhecimento partindo do próprio profi ssional e a formação profi ssional falha para atuação em sala de vacina. Considerações fi nais: As noções de EP vêm atreladas às necessidades cotidianas individuais e dos serviços, com indicação de ser interativa, periódica, em temas pontuais e não globais para melhor assimilação. Os entraves para não realização da EPS se concretizam na sobrecarga de trabalho associada a recursos humanos insufi cientes, o distanciamento do enfermeiro da sala de vacina e a falta de apoio das instâncias superiores. The exercise of interprofessionality and intersetoriality as an art of caring: innovations and challenges

Objectives: To analyze the innovations and challenges pointed out by the coordinators of basic care for the interprofessional and intersectoral exercise, and the importance of these practices as a potentiator of Nursing care and teaching in Primary Health Care. Methods: An exploratory study with a qualitative approach was carried out in a Rio Grande do Sul Health Region. Semistructured interviews were carried out with the Basic Attention Coordination of the Cities of the empirical area, between 2014 and 2015, with thematic content analysis. Results: The primary care coordinators highlight the effectiveness of interprofessional and intersectoral actions, but claim that there are still several obstacles for these actions to become routine. These professionals seek alternatives to modify the reality found, but not all have results. Conclusion: Intersectoriality and interprofessionality make it possible to carry out holistic and integral health actions, optimizing Nursing care practices.

O processo da educação em saúde tem como foco no sentido de saber ensinar a passar uma determinada informação à alguém que não sabe ou que necessita se atualizar sobre determinado tema voltado a aspectos relativos à saúde. O objetivo geral da pesquisa é analisar o que as pesquisas, dos últimos quatros anos, têm proposto sobre a educação continuada em saúde para enfermeiros. Trata-se de um estudo de revisão integrativa, através de busca eletrônica de artigos indexados no SCIELO, a partir da seguinte palavra-chave: educação continuada em saúde aos profissionais de enfermagem, sendo analisado 10 artigos sobre os devidos temas proposto. Como resultados a educação continuada em saúde no âmbito da enfermagem mostra ao entendimento de que o sujeito deve ter o conhecimento atual atingir um determinado objetivo em seguir sua carreira profissional, tal carreira que incluem meios eficazes de aperfeiçoamento para a realização profissional e ofertar a qualidade integral do atendimento a toda sociedade, sempre avaliando a importância e necessidade do paciente como um todo e também sendo viável para a implementação da assistência de enfermagem, possibilitando diálogos humanos os quais condizem aos temas de saúde aos indivíduos havendo os previstos cuidados por meio da qualificação. Dessa forma com os resultados dessa pesquisa espera-se contribuir de maneira clara, com os profissionais enfermeiros em geral à respeito de que a qualidade da assistência está intimamente ligada a uma necessidade constante de participação dos mesmos em programas de educação em saúde.
