Achieving teamwork in stroke units: The contribution of opportunistic dialogue

Abstract: Collaborative interdisciplinary working is central to contemporary health policy. The specialized and co-ordinated multidisciplinary care provided in stroke units is considered to contribute to improved patient outcomes in such units.
