This paper proposes an effective method for determining thermal stresses in structural elements with a three-dimensional transient temperature field. This is the situation in the case of pressure elements of complex shapes. When the thermal stresses are determined by the finite element method (FEM), the temperature of the fluid and the heat transfer coefficient on the internal surface must be known. Both values are very difficult to determine under industrial conditions. In this paper, an inverse space marching method was proposed for the determination of the heat transfer coefficient on the active surface of the thick-walled plate. The temperature and heat flux on the exposed surface were obtained by measuring the unsteady temperature in a small region on the insulated external surface of a pressure component that is easily accessible. Three different procedures for the determination of the heat transfer coefficient on the water-spray surface were presented, with the division of the plate into three or four finite volumes in the normal direction to the plate surface. Calculation and experimental tests were carried out in order to validate the method. The results of the measurements and calculations agreed very well. The computer calculation time is short, so the technique can be used for online stress determination. The proposed method can be applied to monitor thermal stresses in the components of the power unit in thermal power plants, both conventional and nuclear.

Збірник наукових праць Дніпропетровського національного університету залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна «Проблеми економіки транспорту », 2016, вип. Мета. У дослідженні розглядаються економічні можливості переходу роботи теплогенеруючих потуж-ностей Дніпровського регіону на відновлювані джерела енергії, а саме таке біопаливо, як солома. Головною метою роботи є розрахунок економічних можливостей та вартості конкретних заходів для такого переходу. Перехід на відновлювані джерела енергії приведе до значного скорочення витрат традиційних енергетичних ресурсів на опалення. Як приклад береться котельня компактного містечка Дніпропетровського національ-ного університету залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна (ДНУЗТ), що споживає природний газ. Методика. На основі аналізу законодавчої бази, яка стимулює використання відновлюваних джерел енергії, розглядається можливість переходу частки потужностей котельні на застосування соломи як палива. У роботі визначаються можливості Дніпровського регіону щодо забезпечення отримання та поставок соло-ми для роботи теплогенеруючих потужностей протягом опалювального сезону. Аналізуються вартісні пока-зники перевезень вантажів територією України в 2016 році, які залежать від відстані, а також від розміру вантажівок. Ці показники, а також показники, що пов'язані з купівлею соломи, розглядаються разом з енер-гетичними можливостями застосування соломи як палива. Результати. За існуючого в Україні на 2016 рік стану сільського господарства відносно продуктивності зернових та вартісних показників у галузі переве-зень перевід частки потужностей на відновлюване паливо є досить рентабельним. Вартість одиниці теплової потужності при цьому може бути знижена в чотири рази. Наукова новизна. Вперше запропоновано вико-ристовувати нові комплексні підходи для оцінки вартості одиниці потужності теплової котельні при перехо-ді її на застосування відновлюваних джерел енергії. Авторами також запропонована нова логістика доставки цих джерел до місця їх споживання. З технічної та вартісної сторін визначено оптимальний порядок переве-дення потужностей на нові відновлювані джерела енергії в конкретному регіоні залежно від структури посі-вних площ та їх продуктивності. Практична значимість. Запропоновані рішення й підходи щодо забезпе-чення частки потужностей котельні відновлюваними джерелами енергії можуть бути реалізовані при відно-сно невеликих капіталовкладеннях та можуть дати значний економічний ефект.Ключові слова: біоресурси; солома; вартість перевезення; собівартість одиниці потужності; відновлювані джерела енергії; врожайність біоресурсів.

The paper shows the method of determining the start-up curves of a steam boiler, which enables its faster start-up. Faster temperature changes cause thermal stress, especially in thick-walled boiler elements. Critical elements that limit the rate of change of working fluid units include drums, outlet chamber, injection chamber, fresh steam superheater of steam coolers, tees and valve casings, rotor and turbine casing. The walls of these elements have the thickest walls due to the high pressure values occurring in them during operation. Allowable changes in temperature and pressure during start-up and shut-down can be determined by the European Standard EN 12952-3. The article shows how the start-up curves of a steam boiler can be determined using the European Standard and the method proposed by the author. Calculation results show that the starting time of the analyzed block can be significantly shortened.
