Accurate analysis of SET effects on Flash-based FPGA System-on-a-Chip for satellite applications

Abstract

In this paper, we propose a methodology for executing simulation using analytical models for the execution of SET propagation on System-on-a-Chip implemented on Flashbased FPGAs. Analysis performed on EUCLID-based circuit design demonstrated its effectiveness.
