The use of microbial preparations in plant-growing can be due to the correction of biological processes in agroecosystems and stimulates growth and development of plants. The efficiency of this process is dependent on biotic and abiotic factors, however their influence on introduction microorganisms in phytosphere is insufficiently studied. The article summarizes some results of recent studies, related to the impact of a number of environmental factors on physiological and biochemical activity of nitrogen-fixing bacteria Azotobacter vinelandii IMV B-7076 and phosphate-mobilizing strain Bacillus subtilis IMV B-7023 -components of Azogran, a complex bacterial preparation for plant growing. The dependence of the physiological and biochemical activity of these bacteria, including their antioxidant potential, on biotic and abiotic environmental agents was determined. The impact of a number of factors on chemotaxis, energy metabolism of these bacteria, their synthesis of substances of phenol nature, and other biologically active substances, which may influence the efficiency of using this preparation in plant growing, was studied. Azogran inhibits the spread of phytopathogens and some kinds of phytophages in agroecosystems, is capable of protecting plants from the oxidative stress and enhancing on 16-37 % their crop productivity. У відділі мікробіологічних процесів на твердих поверхнях досліджуються особливості взаємодії метанотрофних, азотфіксувальних, фосфатмобілізувальних та інших груп мікроорганізмів з твердими матеріалами, в тому числі наноматеріалами різної природи, з метою визначення особливостей впливу цього процесу на фізіологобіохімічну активність мікроорганізмів, розробки новітніх біотехнологій. Вперше запропоновано застосовувати метанотрофні бактерії для зниження метановиділення з вироблених просторів вугільних шахт. Застосування цієї біотехнології дозволило знизити метановиділення на вуглевидобувну дільницю на 47-60%. Встановлено, що контактна взаємодія мікроорганізмів з наночастками різної природи підвищує ростову активність, життєздатність клітин за впливу негативних факторів середовища та при їх розпилювальному висушуванні. Розроблено біотехнологію підвищення виходу життєздатних клітин при отриманні бактеріальних препаратів методом розпилювального висушування, що була впроваджена у виробництво препарату Літосил. На основі взаємодії високоактивних штамів фосфатмобілізувальних бактерій Bacillus subtilis ІМВ В-7023 та азотфіксувальних бактерій Azotobacter vinelandii ІМВ В-7076 з наночастками природних мінералів розроблена біотехнологія отримання комплексного бактеріального препарату Азогран. Він значно покращує ріст і розвиток декоративних, квіткових та інших рослин і підвищує врожайність технічних, зернових та овочевих культур на 18-37%. Препарат Азогран впроваджений у виробництво. Ключові слова: метанотрофні бактерії, Bacillus subtilis, Azotobacter vinelandii, фізіолого-біохімічна активність, наноматеріали, мікробні біотехнології.

Aim:Investigation of antiviral activity of Acanthaster planci phospholipase A2 (AP-PLA2) from moluccas to human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).Materials and Methods:Crude venom (CV) and F20 (PLA2 with 20% fractioned by ammonium sulfate) as a sample of PLA 2 obtained from A. planci’s extract were used. Enzymatic activity of PLA2 was determined using the degradation of phosphatidylcholine (PC). Activity test was performed using in vitro method using coculture of phytohemagglutinin-stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) from a blood donor and PBMC from HIV patient. Toxicity test of AP-PLA2 was done using lethal concentration required to kill 50% of the population (LC50).Results:AP-PLA2 F20 had activity and purity by 15.66 times bigger than CV. The test showed that the LC50 of AP-PLA2 is 1.638 mg/ml. Antiviral analysis of AP-PLA2 in vitro showed the inhibition of HIV infection to PBMC. HIV culture with AP-PLA2 and without AP-PLA2 has shown the number of infected PBMC (0.299±0.212% and 9.718±0.802%). Subsequently, RNA amplification of HIV using reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction resulted in the decrease of band intensity in gag gene of HIV.Conclusion:This research suggests that AP-PLA2 has the potential to develop as an antiviral agent because in vitro experiment showed its ability to decrease HIV infection in PBMC and the number of HIV ribonucleic acid in culture.
