Acceptance of Internet Banking among Consumers in Kota Damansara, Selangor, Malaysia

Abstract: The main objective of the study is to identify and analyse on the factors affecting adoption of Internet banking by bank consumers. The factors being analysed in this study are security, subjective norms, perceived relative advantage, and perceived ease of use.
