Acceptabilité des consommateurs face à un OGM de seconde génération : le riz doré

Abstract: Dans cet article, nous présentons les résultats d’une étude sur un OGM de seconde génération, le riz «doré », génétiquement modifié pour contenir du b-carotène. Nous rendons compte d’une évaluation contingente menée auprès de consommateurs démographiquement représentatifs des ménages français.
