Abnormal platelet activity in dogs and cats – impact and measurement

Abstract: Abnormal platelet activity can either lead to bleeding tendencies or inappropriate thrombus formation and can occur secondarily to a wide variety of disease processes, with a range of clinical consequences and severity.
