Abstract:A China tornou-se o país com o maior consumo de proteína animal do mundo. A oferta média de proteína animal saltou de 27,8 g/per capita/dia em 2001 para 39,6 g/per capita/dia em 2018, um aumento de aproximadamente 12 g/per capita/dia.
