Abstract:This paper aims to analyze how probability and statistics contents are taught in elementary schools in Joinville, southern Brazil. We sought to identify the teachers’ practices, resources, and supporting guidelines. We also aimed to understand the teachers’ perception of their roles and the skills expected from the students.
