“…The ACTION (Accesso alle Cure e Terapie Intensive Ostetrico‐Neonatali—access to intensive obstetrical and neonatal care) follow‐up project is an area‐based prospective cohort study including all very preterm infants born in 2003–2005 in five Italian regions, with follow‐up at 2 years of corrected age 31 .
