A Two-Stage Decision Framework for Resolving Brownfield Conflicts

Abstract: Based on the Graph Model of Conflict Resolution (GMCR), a two-stage decision framework is developed to reveal the essence of brownfield incidents and facilitate the resolution of brownfield conflicts caused by the incidents.
