A Trajetória da Educação Profissional do Auxiliar e Técnico em Enfermagem

Abstract: Entre os cursos técnicos oferecidos no país, a área de enfermagem corresponde a 49,6% do setor de saúde. Desse total, 57% é composto por Auxiliares e Técnicos em Enfermagem. A formação de recursos humanos de nível médio vem sendo discutida por docentes-enfermeiros e pelas instituições formadoras dos profissionais de enfermagem, com ênfase especial nas questões referentes à qualidade dos cursos técnicos.
