Abstract: Clinically, paclitaxel (PTX) is one of most commonly prescribed therapies against a wide range of solid neoplasms. Despite its success, the clinical applicability of PTX (Taxol ® ) is severely hampered by systemic toxicities induced by Cremophor EL.
