“…A variedade no tipo de entrega do MBSR aponta para uma possível ausência de consenso teórico, neste campo, sobre quais são os mecanismos desta intervenção (autocompaixão, regulação emocional, práticas formais e informais), que atuam para redução de desfechos negativos em saúde psicológica (Alsubaie et al, 2017). No tocante à variação na dosagem de sessões por parte das duas modalidades, não foi encontrada uma relação entre a quantidade de módulos e os resultados esperados, fato já relatado em estudos com estresse em outras populações (Burgdorf, Szabo, & Abbott, 2019;Morton, Helminen, & Felver, 2020).
