A Study on Town Planning and Evaluation of Industrial Heritage Tomioka Silk Mill

Abstract: This study combined covariance structure analysis and PSM in a quantitative evaluation of the value of the Tomioka Silk Mill as an industrial heritage. This study also investigated problems in town planning, based on differences in the evaluation structure between tourists and residents.
