In the quality evaluation of public sports training, the selected indicators are not comprehensive, resulting in some errors in the results of quality evaluation. Therefore, this paper designs a public sports training quality evaluation method based on the deep learning model of global topology optimization. Determine the basic principles of public sports training quality evaluation, determine the human coordinate points of public sports training by determining the basic section and basic axis of human training, and extract the data of public sports training quality evaluation. On this basis, quantify the public sports training quality evaluation index, construct the evaluation matrix, calculate the weight of the evaluation index, and determine the importance of the public sports training quality evaluation index. Preprocess the public sports training quality evaluation index set, search the optimal fitness value in the global topology optimization depth learning model, introduce the global topology optimization depth learning model, input the evaluation index and output the evaluation quality results, and realize the quality evaluation of public sports training. The experimental results show that the evaluation method in this paper can improve the accuracy of the evaluation results and is feasible.

Pandemic impacts on cinema industry and over-the-top platforms in China

Over-the-top platforms are increasingly being accepted by the younger generation. This study examines the different modes of watching films that have emerged due to the proliferation of over-the-top platforms, smartphones, and 5G technologies during the pandemic period in China. Using survey data, we examine the perception and behavior of 592 respondents. The top five factors in increasing over-the-top platforms to watch movies include easy access, various genres, no time to visit a cinema, pandemic, and new films. Findings also show that users tend to use smartphones to access over-the-top platforms. Bilibili, Tencent Video, and iQIYI are China's most popular over-the-top platforms among viewers. Increasing cinema ticket prices, pandemics, lack of quality content, and film stories are significant challenges for the cinema industry in the near future. These results suggest that the film industry should maintain the quality of the movies, especially those released on the cinema screen. These findings also designate significant substitution between the over-the-top platform and cinema and recommend that competition authorities widen market definitions. The cinema environment and IMAX/3D appear to have little incentive to degrade over-the-top platforms, despite over-the-top's films contributing to declining box office revenue.

Development of the Human Rights in Sports Education Program for the College Student-Athletes

PURPOSE This study aimed to develop a sports-related human rights education program for college student-athletes. METHODS To do this, literature reviews, individual interviews, and experts’ meeting data were collected. The data were analyzed using content analysis and domain analysis. RESULTS The study involved five steps. First, the literature reviews examined the problems and improvement points regarding previous sports-related human rights education programs. Second, the direction of human rights in sports education programs was developed based on certain development principles and criterion. Third, eight sports-related human rights education lesson plans were developed. Each lesson plan had a format that contained lesson objectives, ice breaking quizzes, core contents, discussion sections, and essential summaries. Fourth, the program was validated using a pilot test. Last, a “human rights in sports” instructor education program was executed. CONCLUSIONS The program can be effectively used among college student-athletes.
