A Study on Atomic Spectroscopic Term Symbols for Nonequivalent Electrons of (n-1) d 1 s 1 p 1 Configuration Using RussellSaunders Coupling Scheme

Abstract: Electronic and magnetic properties of the inorganic molecules and complexes can be understood very well by using the term symbols. Term symbols are a shorthand method used to describe the energy, angular momentum, and spin multiplicity of an atom / ion in any particular electronic state.
