A Study of Tourists’ Satisfaction in The Context of Textile-Based Tourism Destination

Abstract: This study examines the factors that influence the satisfaction of tourists visiting Trusmi, a centre for batik artisans and traders who has become a tourist village. Three predictors were chosen, including destination image, perceived value, and memorable tourism experience.
