A single-phase on-line UPS system for multiple load transformers

Abstract: Numerous loads require the installation of load transformers for electrical isolation or voltage matching. When these loads are powered by a single-phase on-line UPS system, a high magnitude of transient inrush current is often observed due to the energizing of the load transformer.
