A simple measure to improve sepsis documentation and coding

Abstract: IntroductionSepsis incidence and mortality are increasing, yet sepsis appears to be under-recognised and under-reported. Accurate recognition and coding of sepsis allows for appropriate funding and accurate epidemiological representation.
