The advancement of information system technology is presently used extensively in many disciplines, including the field of health care or hospitals. This research aims to create an information system to handle hospital data to facilitate the processing patient data that has been declared dead with quality. In this study, it was found that there was no information system in the form of a program or application to handle death data. The management process still relies on Microsoft Excel, considered less efficient. In addition, the development of this information system is assisted by choosing the suitable software development methodology and considering existing needs. This research uses the Agile Development Method with the Scrum framework for software development. This research is qualitative descriptive and uses the observation method in data collection. C# programming language and MySQL database are also used in this system. This research produces an information system to handle death data by the product backlog. It is intended to meet user needs to assist in processing death data more effectively and efficiently and reduce the error rate associated with recording death data manually.

Educational games are increasingly used to teach Agile development approaches to practitioners. Most of these training modules simplify the development environment, for example, by using LEGO bricks or playing cards. This oversimplification has been shown to result in limited transferability of learning to industrial practice. Furthermore, there is a lack of teaching modules that specifically address the challenges of applying Agile to physical products. In this paper, we present an open-source educational game that realistically simulates a hardware development project to teach Agile principles. Over 2 days, participants design, manufacture, and test modifications for a physical wire bending machine within an authentic engineering and production setting. The training mimics the typical roles, processes, and tools of industrial engineering teams to reflect the challenges of Agile hardware development. The module was evaluated with 44 industry professionals regarding perceived learning and user reaction. A combination of quantitative and qualitative methods was used for the experimental evaluation. The results showed a positive learning effect as the participants' average agreement with Agile principles increased through the training.Concerning user reaction, respondents reported a high degree of relevance, interaction, and confidence, indicating that the realistic simulation of the hardware development appropriately balanced the degree of realism with simplicity. The study showcases the opportunities of properly aligning game components to provoke learning situations targeted by the instructors. It contributes to the extant literature by providing a design framework (product, process, setting, and instruction) and open-source access to the tools used for implementation.

The IT industry has been on a sharp rise and various innovations are being made daily. Such advancements are directly proportional to their optimization in terms of cost, efficiency, reliability, risk management, customer satisfaction, and scalability. We need to have mature and defined standards to measure them. Currently, there are various software development methodologies including agile methodologies and traditional methodologies, these methodologies cannot solve the problems of change management, and risk management and it leads to a higher failure rate of software projects. Problem Statement: to overcome the challenges of change management, risk management, and high failure rate in software projects we need to develop a hybrid framework using the strong points of scrum, Kanban and waterfall methodologies. Proposed solution: In this paper, we are offering a framework named in which we have combined the different Agile frameworks and traditional methodologies to address the issues of change management, risk management, and all those issues related to Lean Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall stands alone. will enhance the quality and development time of the software. A survey has also been conducted using Google Forms to facilitate our proposed framework. The paper also highlights the limitations which create room for further research. Ensuring consistency of design is highly essential to developing quality software and solves a significant design issue for practitioners. In addition, our approach helps to reduce the time and cost of developing software.
