The environmental concern has become an emerging topic in organization’s human resource management strategy, especially in improving employee’s environmental behavior at work. Thus, the organizational citizenship behavior toward the environment (OCBE) has been currently attracting scholars in management. However, published studies contain research gaps in investigation of the relationships between both green training and organizational culture and OCBE, especially in the hotel industry. Following the social exchange and Ability-Motivation-Opportunity theories, this study aims to examine the effects of two green practices on OCBE and the moderating role of green organizational culture to the effect of green training on OCBE. A quantitative approach with survey strategy is employed and conducted in 4-5 star hotels to test these relationships. The PLS-SEM and K-means Cluster Analysis techniques are applied to analyze data. The findings reveal that green training and organizational culture positively influence OCBE. Also, the effect of green training on OCBE is moderated by green organizational culture. Finally, our study provides limitations of research and further studies, and the implications for management practices concerned with improving employee’s voluntary eco-behavior in the hotel industry.

Paper aims:The main objective of this work is to integrate a typology of green supply chain management practices with organizational theories. Originality:We provide a comprehensive typology of GSCM practices based on empirical evidence and conceptual arguments.Research method: Through a systematic review we identified 435 GSCM's practices that were organized into categories according to their theoretical conception, organizational context and characteristics. Main findings:We identified three organizational context dimensions (innovation, performance and management) and proposed a conceptual model of theory-practice-context congruence, to guide the selection of theories for the design of research and analyses of GSCM practices.Implications for theory and practice: Our main contribution is the alignment of each category of practices and organizational dimension with the selected theoretical lenses that can help future investigations to deepen the analysis of GSCM practices. Besides the theoretical contributions, we believe this contribution can also achieve practitioners.

Nowadays in the world of science and business, the topic concerning the need to implement pro-ecological approach related to the movement of products in the supply chain and its impact on marketing, financial and logistic aspect is being increasingly addressed. However, there are few empirical studies that relate to Polish conditions or that present the issue in comprehensive manner. Therefore this study focuses both on strategic and operational management in the supply chain, and on the relations between consignor and consignee as well as on the subject of supply chain flow. The study aims to assess the impact of pro-ecological activities carried out in the supply chain for tested link as well as supply chain, and to assess the intensity of these activities.
