A rare case of sinonasal actinomycosis – enigmatic presentation

Abstract: Actinomycosis is most commonly seen in cervico-facial, abdominal, genital and thoracic regions as discharging sinuses. Most common organism implicated is <em>Actinomyces israelli, </em>gram positive anaerobic commensal bacteria of aero-digestive tract.
