A Qualitative Research on the Food Security of School Children in the Rural Area

Abstract: Food security is a complex phenomenon that determines multiple concerns and initiatives worldwide. The research presented in this paper aims to analyze the food security of children in rural areas, following a project funded by the European Union (EU).
