A Quadriphase Modulator in Fin-Line Technique

Abstract

A hybrid-coupled, quadriphase modulator is described, which has been realized in fin-line technique. It operates over an 8 per cent frequency band around 15 GHz with an insertion loss of 1.7 dB.
