A prostituição e a dignidade da pessoa humana: crítica literária e musical à negação do direito fundamental ao trabalho

Abstract: Resumo: No presente artigo antecede-se pesquisa densa acerca do “submundo” da prostituição, sob a óptica dos direitos fundamentais e a sua concreção. Analisou-se a relativização da dignidade humana pela negação do direito ao trabalho àquelas pessoas que se prostituem, bem como a sua condição de invisibilidade e mazela social.
