ResumoEste artigo tem por objetivo construir e discutir uma tipologia de indústrias nacionais de alta tecnologia fundamentada na intensidade tecnológica e no desempenho comercial. Para tanto, apoia-se no conceito de fragmentação da produção, contrastando-o com teorias tradicionais de comércio internacional. Para definir a posição das diferentes economias, optou-se por uma análise matricial que cruza indicadores compostos selecionados, resultando numa análise de quadrantes. Essa análise encontrou quadro grupos de países: líderes tecnológicos superavitários; líderes tecnológicos deficitários; seguidores tecnológicos superavitários; e seguidores tecnológicos deficitários. Concluiu-se que as teorias tradicionais de comércio internacional explicam apenas parte desta tipologia e que uma compreensão mais completa, obrigatoriamente, precisa considerar a fragmentação da produção enquanto lógica dominante das cadeias produtivas globais. * Os autores agradecem ao Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico -CNPq pelo financiamento à pesquisa que culminou nesse artigo.

Under the background of economic globalization, the concept of "global village" is constantly strengthened, and the links between countries are becoming more and more closely. More and more Chinese enterprises have stepped into the world. After the 2008 financial crisis, there were signs of recession and weakness in the European and American markets, and many Chinese enterprises began to turn their attention to the Southeast Asian market, which had not yet been saturated, and hope to win the competition through geographical advantages and price advantages. China and Vietnam are neighbors, are similar in political systems and cultural, but Chinese enterprises are often failed to develop Vietnam market. How to accurately grasp the characteristics of the Vietnamese market, and how to improve the effectiveness of enterprise market development, based on this, this passage is written for Chinese enterprises to explore similar features of the market to provide reference experience. This article is written through a Hong Kong LED lighting enterprises to develop the Vietnamese market successful experience, and put forward new strategies and new ideas for Chinese enterprises to open up the Vietnamese market.

The main objective of this paper is to contribute to the existing technology transfer literature by comprehensively reviewing and outlining the theories underpinning technology transfer. This review could stimulate and generate dynamic ideas for future researchers i.e. to further identify, conceptualize and understand the theories and perspectives underlying technology transfer. Such strong understanding is necessary to enable the interested parties (such as private sectors, government departments, academics, researchers and students) to relate these theories with the practical and empirical aspects of various technology transfer models, mechanism, issues and challenges. This is due to the fact that different perspectives/theories underlying technology transfer will have different theoretical arguments and insights, research problems, constructs, variables, and measurements. The literatures on technology transfer and international technology transfer are extensive, varied in perspective and from many disciplines; which include political science, economics, sociology, public policy, marketing and management. Since technology transfer literatures cover wide research areas, therefore this paper sets its perimeter by focusing only on the theories and perspectives underlying intra and inter-firm technology transfer.
