A predictive study of antecedent variables of Passion towards Work

Abstract: Antecedentes: El objetivo de este estudio fue realizar un estudio correlacional-predictivo de las variables antecedentes de la Pasión por el trabajo. Método: Los participantes han sido 513 trabajadores (48,1 % hombres, 51,9 % mujeres), obtenidos mediante un muestreo no probabilístico.
