Abstract: Purpose: To develop a predictive score for small diaphragmatic defects in infants with congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH).Methods: The Japanese CDH Study Group cohort was randomly divided into derivation (n = 397) and validation (n = 396) datasets.
