A PepT1 mediated medicinal nano-system for targeted delivery of cyclosporine A to alleviate acute severe ulcerative colitis

Abstract: A novel nano-system (PKMCN) with medical value could accumulate in the inflamed colon tissues and exhibit a strong anti-inflammatory effect.
