“…CMR is reasoning based on creativity, the ability to produce original and meaningful work (Prain & Tytler, 2022;Sukirwan et al, 2018). There are four characteristics of CMR, namely 1) novelty, referring to new facts, namely the sequence of reasoning is created or recreated, 2) flexibility, meaning the ability to use different approaches and adaptations to certain problems, 3) plausibility, meaning that there are arguments that support the strategy selected and explain why the collection of conclusions is correct or reasonable, 4) a mathematical basis is built based on deep mathematical characteristics Ferguson, 2022). As research produces an eco-cognitive model, the Model for Analysing Digital Mathematics Teaching Material is based on a base layer, relational layer, process layer, and logical layer (Bergvall & Dyrvold, 2021;Magnani, 2015Magnani, , 2016.…”

“…Among the types of indirect measures of creativity, there are four studies that analyze and generalize the elements of scientific creativity. Ferguson identified nine characteristics of creative reasoning in students participating in a multi-agent computational model (natural selection) : noticing anomalies, checking trends, looking at controls, physically and virtually pointing, verbal hypothesising, textual and pictorial hypothesising, asking questions, giving instructions, and interacting with others (Ferguson, 2022) . Yoon et al chose the Creative Problem Solving Profile Inventory (CPSPI) developed by Lee et al in 2014, and believed that students' group creative problem solving ability was reflected in four dimensions with time series, namely, problem identification and analysis, generation of ideas, execution planning, execution, and persuasion and communication (Yoon et al , 2020) .…”

“…They should pay particular attention to the development of their creative thinking, as many researchers seek to enrich the theories of creativity with socio-cultural approaches (Sun, 2021 ). The development of creative thinking, sense making, logical implementation of formal and informal processes, constant hypotheses, communication with peers and teachers positively affect students’ academic performance and their motivation to learn, since the presented elements focus directly on a certain group of students (Ferguson, 2022 ). In the field of fine arts, teachers need to abandon the traditional method of teaching and outdated educational materials not adapted to the modern stage of student development and technology.…”
