A nutrition and conditioning intervention for natural bodybuilding contest preparation: case study

Abstract: Bodybuilding competitions are becoming increasingly popular. Competitors are judged on their aesthetic appearance and usually exhibit a high level of muscularity and symmetry and low levels of body fat.
