Abstract: BackgroundIn ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) with the restoration of TIMI 3 flow by percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), visually defined microvascular obstruction (MVO) was shown to be the predictor of poor prognosis, but not an ideal risk stratification method.
