This paper proposes fuzzy Logic controller (FLC) based Direct Torque Controller (DTC) with Space Vector Modulation (SVM) for three phase induction motor. Fuzzy logic controller regulates alteration in the load angle between stator and rotor flux vectors in accordance with electromagnetic torque change. The reference stator flux has been obtained from load angle, change in load angle and the stator flux magnitude. Stator voltage to be supplied to the induction motor is based on stator flux error. Low torque and flux ripple and constant switching frequency are acquired using DTC-SVM. This method requires only one fuzzy controller and simple calculations, hence this strategy is very easy to implement. The proposed system is developed and analyzed using MATLAB/SIMULINK.
