Customer satisfaction is one of the antecedent variables of customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction can positively affect customer loyalty. However, past research on consumer behavior has focused mainly on the direct consumption behavior of customers in service satisfaction, not in indirect behavior. This study takes the wedding garden as an example to explore the indirect behavior of customers, based on PZB’s service quality, and using the customer value hierarchy theory, adopts a questionnaire survey, and from the perspectives of users, investigates the current service quality, in order to analyze the quality of the service according to an evaluation formula. This study distributes a total of 380 questionnaires and collects 367 valid samples, for a valid return rate of 96.7%. In order to solve the problems caused by the original important performance analysis (IPA), the research constructs new important performance analysis (NIPA) to replace the original. This structural model presents a structured measurement process with risk management performance and judgment rules, which yielded different outcomes, as well as distinguished managerial implications. Furthermore, this new analysis model can provide managers with different perspectives in helping administrators in decision making.

Trust management is a prominent area of security in cloud computing because insufficient trust management hinders cloud growth. Trust management systems can help cloud users to make the best decision regarding the security, privacy, Quality of Protection (QoP), and Quality of Service (QoS). A Trust model acts as a security strength evaluator and ranking service for the cloud and cloud identity applications and services. It might be used as a benchmark to setup the cloud identity service security and to find the inadequacies and enhancements in cloud infrastructure. This chapter addresses the concerns of evaluating cloud trust management systems, data gathering, and synthesis of theory and data. The conclusion is that the relationship between cloud identity providers and Cloud identity users can greatly benefit from the evaluation and critical review of current trust models.

Many businesses have experienced difficulties in selecting a cloud service provider (CSP) due to the rapid advancement of cloud computing services and the proliferation of CSPs. Many independent criteria should be considered when evaluating the services provided by different CSPs. It is a case of multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM). This paper presents an integrated MCDM cloud service selection framework for determining the most appropriate service provider based on the best only method (BOM) and technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS). To obtain the weights of criteria and the relative importance of CSPs based on each criterion, BOM performs pairwise comparisons of criteria and also for alternatives on each criterion, and TOPSIS uses these weights to rank cloud alternatives. An evaluation and validation of the proposed framework have been carried out through a use-case model to prove its efficiency and accuracy. Moreover, the developed framework was compared with the analytical hierarchical process (AHP), a popular MCDM approach, based on two perspectives: efficiency and consistency. According to the research results, the proposed framework only requires 25% of the comparisons needed for the AHP approach. Furthermore, the proposed framework has a CR of 0%, whereas AHP has 38%. Thus, the proposed framework performs better than AHP when it comes to computation complexity and consistency, implying that it is more efficient and trustworthy.
