Some other methods for the synthesis of quinazolin derivatives involved the condensation of 2-aminobenzamide with aldehydes or ketones in the presence of multiple catalysts such as CuCl 2 (11), NH 4 Cl (12), Sc(OTf) 3 (13), SmI 2 (14), Zn(PFO) 2 (15) and so on.
