“…Previously, Allogalumna turkeyensis Grobler, Bayram & Cobanoglu, 2004(Grobler et al, 2004 was the only member of this genus previously recorded in Turkey. Allogalumna integer is similar to Allogalumna iranica Akrami, 2015 but it differs with ciliated lamellar seta and sensillus with dilated head (Akrami, 2015). The body length of this species was described as 440-600 μm (Berlese, 1904;Mihelcic, 1957).…”

“…At present, the genus comprises two subgenera and more than 50 species, having a cosmopolitan distribution (Ermilov & Klimov 2017). Identification keys to some species of Allogalumna are given by Balogh and Balogh (2002), Akrami (2015), Ermilov and Starý (2020). Neoctenogalumna was proposed by Ermilov et al (2013) with Ctenogalumna moresonensis Engelbrecht, 1972 as type species.…”

“…The generic and subgeneric diagnoses have been summarized by Ermilov and Klimov (2017). An identification key to many species of Allogalumna has been presented by Akrami (2015).…”
