A new hybrid bonding technique: Adhesive-soft soldered joints

Abstract: Joining of components is usually accomplished by mechanical fastening, welding, or adhesive bonding. Apart from the classical methods, various hybrid methods applied with adhesives are widely used in industry to bond mechanical parts.
