A New Approach to the Analysis of Antibiotic Resistance Data from Hospitals

Abstract: We aimed to develop a new approach to the analysis of antimicrobial resistance data from the hospitals, which allows simultaneous analysis of both individual- and population-level determinants of bacterial resistance.
