A Multi-Faceted Approach to Improving Public Services in Low-Income Housing in Windhoek, Namibia

Abstract: The characteristics of low-income housing in Namibia include severe inequality in housing standards, heavy reliance on non-office jobs, overcrowding, and poor infrastructure.
