A Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Method Based on Single-Valued Neutrosophic Partitioned Heronian Mean Operator

Abstract: A multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) method with single-valued neutrosophic information is developed based on the Partitioned Heronian Mean (PHM) operator and the Shapley fuzzy measure, which recognizes correlation among the selection criteria. Motivated by the PHM operator and Shapley fuzzy measure, two new aggregation operators, namely the single-valued neutrosophic PHM operator and the weighted single-valued neutrosophic Shapley PHM operator, are defined, and their corresponding properties and some speci… Show more

“…These innovative studies have expanded theoretical foundations, techniques, and practical tools for supplier selection. However, decision-makers often fail to give accurate and reliable evaluation information because of time pressure and humans' limited information processing capabilities [11,12]. Therefore, some scholars have attempted to introduce uncertainty theories to handle imprecision in many MCDM processes [13][14][15].…”

“…Despite such application, neither FS nor IFS is adept at handling issues involving information uncertainty [41]. Therefore, the neutrosophic theory is significant as it overcomes the limitations of the FS and IFS.…”

“…Rani and Mishra [66] designed an integrated decision-making framework based on SWARA and VIKOR approaches with SVNSs and applied to deal with eco-industrial thermal power plants. Apart from these studies, several aggregation operators [67], information measures [68][69], and decision-making methods [70] have been developed in the context of SVNSs. However, there is no study in the literature regarding the evaluation of the optimal training aircraft for flight training organizations under SVNSs environment.…”
