A Model of Affordable and High Quality Education Policy in Tulungagung Regency East Java Indonesia

Abstract: This research is aiming at arranging a policy of affordable and high quality education in Tulungagung Regency in 2015-2018. This research was conducted in primary and secondary levels of education in six districts in Tulungagung Regency. The sources of data were secondary data, survey, in-depth interview, and Focus Group Discussion (henceforth: FGD).
