A Mathematical Analysis and Modelling of Hepatitis B Model with Non-Integer Time Fractional Derivative

Abstract: In this paper, we develop time fractional Hepatitis B model and analyze qualitatively. The Caputo fractional derivative operator of order α ∈ (0, 1] is employed to obtain the system of fractional differential equations. The stability and sensitivity analysis of fractional order model has been made and verify the non-negative unique solution. LADM was successfully used for solving different problems. Laplace transform method is a useful technique in different field of biological science, engineering and applied… Show more

“…Fractional-order differential equations are potential tools to describe the effect of memory and hence used to model infectious diseases. Fractional-order differential equations models of HBV includes [14][15][16][17] and [18] just to mention a few.…”

“…Farman et al analyzed an epidemic model for HBV infection consists of differential equations in Caputo sense. In this model, the population is assumed to be constant in the absence of the disease [6]. In this study we propose a more general model using fractional differential equations of Caputo sense considering newborn vaccination and also vaccination of susceptible individuals regardless of age.…”

“…So far, some fractional order models about HBV have been set up [20][21][22][23][24][25]. Papers [20][21][22] considered the epidemic transmission SEIR model of HBV. In paper [23], a withinhost fractional order HBV model was proposed:…”
