A Mass in the Neck. Lymphadenopathy or Schwannoma?

Abstract: In clinical practice, it may be difficult to differentiate brachial plexus schwannoma from pathological lymph nodes. Schwannoma is a relatively rare neoplasm arising from Schwann cells of the peripheral nerve sheath.
