A importância das teorias da educação na formação do educador: reflexões Brasil - Nicarágua

Abstract

O presente artigo discorre sobre a necessidade e a importância que as teorias da educação assumem na formação do educador. É um estudo que e tem como objetivo demonstrar que sempre que estamos realizando uma tarefa pedagógica, cientes ou não estamos legitimando, ou defendendo, uma teoria. Desse modo não existe neutralidade no fazer pedagógico. Também pretendemos demonstrar que a Pedagogia dialética de Matriz Progressista freriana aponta para um horizonte de emancipação dos sujeitos envolvidos com uma educação que busca transformar a realidade. O estudo também apresenta os desafios dessa perspectiva no contexto da formação de professores no Brasil e Nicarágua sendo que são dois países marcados por relações de poder e de opressão.
