A Hybrid Genetic Algorithm for Service Caching and Task Offloading in Edge-Cloud Computing

Abstract: Edge-cloud computing is increasingly prevalent for Internet-of-Thing (IoT) service provisioning by combining both benefits of edge and cloud computing.
